made this for a friends 18th, theme was cowboys and indians, the bodice is the coffee date dress with the top cut off and fringe and straps added, the bottom (although you can’t see it in the picture) is just a straight skirt with a fringe around the bottom. It also has a belt which you can just see in the picture.
