Lyndon Station, ...
I found an old Simplicity pattern printed in the early ’80’s at my local thrift store. I bought it thinking I would make myself a summer dress, but ended up making a smaller version in holiday colors for my little sister.
About 2 yards of some old red fabric stored in the garage from years ago. It’s some sort of heavy almost flannel-like cotton, and misc. trimmings – ribbon I found in the gift-wrapping box, some scrap elastic. It was a spur of the moment thing to entertain my little sister, and I had to really scrounge for materials!
