I have used the same pattern as before for the bag (Sew magazine – Simplicity K2171), and the skirt is multi-pleated free style!
It is a present for a little girl and I believe it made her very happy!
I used 100% for both the main fabric (flower print) and the white lining.
I also adorned the items with felt, bias tape and ribbons (heart detail).
The petticoat is deliberately longer to create the contrast, however covered with the ribbons//lace.
