This dress is made for my youngest for when she gets a little older. It’s made from a vintage pillowcase that was left at our house by my husband’s grandparents (they use to live here). I also embellished it with some vintage rick rack that was given to me by his grandmother and binding tape. I added the blue ribbon merely to see how the dress would look, thinking I’d probably buy something that matched better, but I actually quite like the contrast of the royal blue against the faded orange, yellow and green on the fabric.
