I made this as a present for a little girl.
The top is made following McCall’s 4238, the skirt is self drafted.
The charm of the pattern is in the fabric and the 3D rose details. The knot at the back of the top is easy to make and creates a great effect of cropped top, which girls will definitely like! This way the top is high enough to reveal the detail of the skirt belt and ribbons at the back.
