This ruffled skirt is based on a pattern from the March 2012 Burda Style Magazine issue. It is part of the plus size patterns. I used size 48.
This is a very easy peasy skirt.
It has a elasticized wait. Two inseam pockets.
Material Notes
The horizontal print fabric is a very lightweight and shiny synthetic silklike twill.
