I slightly altered Built By Wendy pattern 3964. I changed the back neck tie to a hook/eye closure and made puff sleeves.
Material Notes
Gingham fabric- something synthetic, not really sure what it is. I got it for super cheap- like $2/yard- at P&S fabrics in Manhattan.
