Yes, great redo…and the fit seems better in the skirt transformation. The fabric makes it versatile, easy to dress up or down. I’ll bet you’ll wear this skirt a lot this summer.

Skirt looks great on you. My mom taught me to turn jeans into a skirt about 20 years ago when I was in highschool and I’ve used the technique to make easy jean, cord and kakhi skirts in the past but I’ve never taken the idea to the level of a sexy gold skirt. Great thinking! Now I’ll add gold dress pants to my list of things to look for at the thrift store :)

Wow, this looks like something out of a Nieman Marcus or something of the like! Very flattering as well. :D

excellent transformation!! I think the belt makes it a little more casual which works with the tee—if you were wearing a silk shirt or a fancier top—then yes—change the belt. GREAT skirt!!

Those were some really wild pants, but the skirt is lovely. I vote for no belt too.

skirt looks great!!! very prada ruffle bottom. I think it might look more polished without the belt or a skinny one. The color looks fantastic on you:)

Thous pants look really awful, but your skirt is so fantastic and fits much more with the fabric than this awful pants ;O) Grad job!
