I made these two backpacks for christmas gifts this year in an attempt to get more handmade items in to the season. One is made from a plain cotton and cotton canvas for the straps while the other is made from a mixture of left over fabrics – one I don’t know which is thick and shiny on one side and matte on the other, a viscose rayon (excuse my bad danish translation) and a matte satin. I made pompoms and used the wool to make the tie through the top of the bag.
