I made this reproduction of a Gibson ES-339 guitar for my guitar-obsessed nephew’s birthday. I made a pattern from a picture of the guitar and scaled the neck down (keeping all of the frets) so that it wasn’t unwieldy for a 3 year old. It was sewn by hand.
I did get lazy and neglected to peel off the tape I used to mark the center of the body and the string positions before I gave it to him, which shows in the pictures.
