Geisha Bag

This is a large shoulder bag for days when you need to carry lots of things and still want to have a beautiful accessory. It is also useful as an overnight bag.
It is made from an old silky dressing gown with a Japanese geisha print. The lining is a green synthetic which I thought coordinated well with the printed fabric. I have as used the original dressing gown pocket as an internal pocket. The strap is made from an old gold belt and the zip pull/bag charm is made from an old necklace which has a Japanese style fish pendant on it.

Material Notes

Geisha print dressing gown, Synthetic lining fabric, zip, gold belt, old necklace, crystal drop pendant.

I love the way you re-cycle materials and your use of old jewellery is great too.
