Based on gathered blouse 116 from July 2012 issue of Burdastyle magazine.
Decided to use up some cotton lawn from stash – not enough to make this in double layers, nor even to the full length, but I was determined to get something out of it!
Started with the size 10 (38) but it was huge – the sides are 2cm in from the size 10 sewing line. Did not edge fully round the armholes. Made a button loop with the end of the bias binding neck trim instead of ties at the back.
I wrote about this in “blog entry” http://kirtlehomespun.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/memories-of-colour.html

Thank you. It’s a long wait for summer, but when it comes I’ll be dressed for it!
