Description
this project started off as a peony but ended up a cap sleeve dress based on the 02/2011 gathered rectangle skirt with cap sleeves pattern. after i realized that i didn’t like how the darts where turning out on the peony; i started the top portion over by doing the cap sleeve pattern.
