Description
I loved the Cowl Dress and decided to also make the top from the same pattern.
But I wanted to add some gorgeous Victorian detail to it – hence the lace at the neck and sleeves, plus the tulle.
I skipped the zipper from the back since it’s easy to pull directly over the head.
