Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Peter Pan collar style is my favorite. Now make it in gather really fun to do it.
This dress so easy to make. It not took me more than an hour to finish it. Elastic band at the waist make more comfortable to wear. Not too tight. The sleeve is a cap sleeve. this dress also suitable for maternity dress..hehehe..im still be able to wear this dress when I have baby bump soon. I just found out that I 1 month preggy. :)

This is a gorgeous dress, especially the collar! How did you make the gathered waist? Did you gather the skirt first before sewing the elastic? This is a technique I would like to try out!

Hi dear, Thanks. About the waist I didn’t make any gather. Just elastic band. Top & bottom is a different pieces, then sew it together and at last put the elastic band just like u do pants with elastic band :) it’s simple. I’m using small elastic band.

Im using bias tape to sew along the edges dear.
