This is Dress 115 from BWOF March 2008.
It is actually one of my first projects, i’m kinda posting everything backward here…
I found this pretty flowery fabric in a small store near March St Pierre in Paris, unfortunately it’s closed now.
I had to work a bit more than usual on the fit, I deepened the back darts and took a few cm off the top of the sleeves as it was coming out WAY too puffy. I actually cheated the button loop at the top. It’s supposed to be a fonctional loop but I kinda messed up with the bias binding so I just actually sewed the button on top of the two little bits of bias tape that were sticking out. With the back zipper you don’t actually need to open the button, so that’s fine
The fabric doesn’t have any stretch and it’s not the most comfortable dress but I like the final result…
it’s 100% cotton
