I bought this rayon (?) fabric off of eBay a few months ago because I couldn’t resist the print. I have a lot of reservations about buying from eBay. The best deals are usually the things which don’t have great photographs, and you never know what you are going to get! But in this case, my gamble paid off. While this fabric is definitely synthetic and has a tendency to fray, it is light and breathable and makes a great summer skirt. I didn’t use a pattern, except for the waistband. The skirt panels are just two rectangles. I used inverted pleats to gather the top and used a lapped zipper.
