I made this using Burda 9761 with only a few minor tweaks to the pattern. The hoop skirt that went underneath is my own pattern. I did the detail around the neckline by taking apart two old necklaces for “beads” and a few sequins. I made it for my daughter’s school gala over a weekend- in a complete panic since the dress we had ordered several weeks earlier for her never arrived!
