This dress is made of a thick and colourful plaid fabric. It is a simple sac style dress with a tie neck.
The hat is a blue faux cow fabric with a polyester lining.

I suppose it could be considered tie straps, but yes the tie does go throught the back as well along the neckline. So I guess it is more like a low neckline then a strap. I must try to get some back pictures to post. The back is similar to the front only with a slit along the upper section of center back to allow space to get in and out of the dress. I hope this helps explain it. :)

This is really cute, but the tie neck looks like it is pinned down farther than the neck? Is it tie straps? Or is there a back yoke for the tie to go through? Also, hee faux cow. I love this fabric!
