A dress I made for my daughter using a pattern I had created. I call it a cleo dress because of the collar that reminds me of an Egyptian jewellery, the thick curved gold banded necklace. I’ve added floral buttons to the collar and also used the same buttons (but smaller ones) as back fasteners. The dress is voluminous because of the generous flare given to the skirt and it had more body as I added a lining beneath. My daughter loved it.
Cotton fabric for dress and collar (different shades of purple), cotton fabric for lining, floral plastic buttons.
