I got this fur vest without lining, knee-length and without the collar as a gift, toghether with the words, ‘Maybe you canmake something out of it.’. Yeah, that’s the story so far.
The first thing I did, was cutting of the part below the hip and when I saw a picture of a coat with a big collar, I knew what to do with the leftover part :) The vest is lined with faux black nappa leather and I’m closing it wrapped with small leather straps. I lined it in a way I can wear it inside out, was some work. It’s quite wide (It’s wide enough for my boyfriend to wear it and he’s the opposite of gangly) so it’s really cosy and it’s warm :) Maybe that’s why I think it makes me look wider ;)
Hm, pictures seem to be more yellow now than they were before…weird. I’ll take better ones soon!
