Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made this luxurious faux fur scarf and cape combo for my little sister up in Canada who loves hunting and plaid, but isn’t such a big fashionista. When she saw the outfit, she said that it was “very Mrs. Howell” (anybody watch Gilligan’s Island?), but I think she liked it anyways.
I drafted the cape myself, and the scarf is fairly simple to make, so I posted a little tutorial on my blog. mollytov.com Again, I’m pretty new to sewing, so if anybody sees things I could be doing better, please let me know!
