I made up a magic brew of water and bleach…
Then I slipped a plastic cutting matte inside the tee… ( to protect the other side)…
Dipping regular plastic cookie cutters in the magic brew… Then placing it on the tee in various places (re-dipping each time). I then rinsed them in vinegar water. I used my washing machine to do this.
NOTE: Vinegar helps to neutralize bleach.
I recommend wearing rubber gloves to protect your skin.
Changing into fresh gloves as needed.
NOTE: Use caution when using bleach.
I use 100 o/o cotton. Cookie cutters. Cut-outs using craft foam sheets (I’m not sure what there called, they come in assorted colors and can be found with most Arts & Crafts)
