Semi fitted dress with cap sleeves-I made a size 12. I ended up cutting about 7" from the bottom and then hemming it at about 1.5". I also took in approx. 1.5" from back seam and from both side seams. It just flared out too much at the bottom for me since I am petite. Did the belt in black because the fabric is so busy. Love love LOVE! Next time, I would eliminate the pleats on the skirt. I think it adds too much emphasis on the waist, which most people would like to appear smaller…My favorite part of this dress is the sleeves. :)
