This is the first dress I have made using a Burdstyle pattern.
I am new at working with patterns for form fitting clothing.
I used the medium pattern not knowing if it would be too small I used a 1/4" seam (as I am size 10US). I added a cute collar, boning, and turned it into a halter. After adding a zipper I realized the bodice is a little big at the bust (fits pretty good at the waist). I will have to go back and tighten at the zipper (as the collar is preventing me from tightening anywhere else without lots of seam ripping).
I still need to hem, but hope to wear with a hot pink belt and nude pumps.
Cotton rose bud main fabric

plastic boning (took out of casing and made my own between main fabric and lining)
