Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Local competition to turn an icky frock into something gorgeous. I had a black brushed cotton dress, with floral sprigs on it and an interesting row of buttons. I cut it in half-ish and made a jacket and skirt. I entered my outfit in the Evening Wear section and won the Envy Award for the outfit the judges most wanted in their wardrobes!
