Earlier this evening I cut my version of The Neon Twister Dress (Sorry but can’t do the link’ing thing. :-/)
The remaining fabric was laying on the table looking so lonely and boring, but since it wasn’t really a big enough piece to do any form of clothing I decided to try making a sorta neckpiece. I’ve seen a lot of fabric necklaces in the same style but I didn’t have any particular in mind when I made this.
I guess this is just sunday night relaxation :-)
Viscose-Jersey. Oh-so-soft! :-)

Thanks! :-) But I doubt if I’m ever gonna wear it. Know it sounds strange, but I’m most about the making and not so much the wearing … ;-)

It looks great! I might make one for myself, even though I am usually not a huge fan of fabric necklaces. And I love that fabric – can’t wait to see the dress itself!!! ;-)

Thanks! It’s so easy to make this and not a single stitch! I have the same issue with fabric-jewelry normally, but I think it’s oh-so much fun to make. :-)
I’m counting assembling the dress tomorrow or the day after. I have some busy days before heading on a romantic weekend friday, but most of the wardrobe I’m bringing still needs to be made, so… keep an eye on my blog for further updates ;-)
