This is the 112 top from the April 2010 magazine (featured as both a dress & top).
I cut up an indian sari to make this top….Sheer but lovely for summer especially over my swimsuit.
Since this was a chiffon, I had to use spray starch to tame those edges while I sewed the hems in however it worked really well.
