i just learned how to use the ruffler on my machine, so i wanted to make a shirt with ruffles on it. =] i like the way it turned out, but the sleeve ruffles don’t want to stay down.
it kind of reminds me of the dresses they used to wear in the 1700s because of the frills around the neck
