I was so excited after finally completing tedious internship applications, and the first thing I did was make this tea top! It went really fast, and it was fun to learn to make the white detailing.
The bust is much too big for me, but I hate ripping seams, so I didn’t stop to adjust it. I’ll just have to be careful to not wear it any place where I might be dancing, otherwise I may have a wardrobe malfunction!
Sorry for the extraneous threads in the pictures. I was so excited about finishing it and taking pictures that I skipped the clean up! I hopefully will get some better pictures, including the back. (Self-photography is hard!)
I used some brown polka-dot quilting material. I've been using quilting material lately because it's so easy to work with!

Very nice tea top! I’ll let you in on a secret: I always wear a strapless (slightly padded) bra underneath mine, otherwise they’d fall off too… ;-)! I’m glad to hear you found the pattern easy to use and that you like the result, thank you!
