Description
This vest is upcycled from an original Van Heusen sweater vest. I was inspired by Free People type vests. The vest was deconstructed, and then the fringe detail was added. The front drapes down below the back, which I love.

The vest is a rayon/cotton blend: 65% rayon and 35% cotton.
