This is another new Vogue pattern (1397). I didn’t know until I was into sewing it that the ends are unfinished, around the neck, sleeves and hem. Not sure about it, but I went with it any way. You could finish them if you wanted to. Not sure how the frayed look will be over time with the cotton fabric I used. You can’t really see the unfinished detail on the pattern. I only lined the bodice and didn’t make the ruffle slip underlining. The fabric has small green dots which are the same color as the necklace & back ribbon, this dress screams for accessories.
