Finally-a Franzi for me, and not a family member! I love the fit of this vest, it really emphasizes the bust line :) It also comes together very quickly (usually takes me only a couple of hours). This franzi is made from a lighter weight fabric than the previous franzi’s I’ve made, and as a result it tends to wrinkle and pucker fairly easily. I would recommend making this with a heavier fabric for the exterior (the corduroy and wool I used on the other worked much better).
Thin poly suiting material taken from my mom’s stash and plaid silk lining found at a thrift store.
