Halloween 2007— Fraggles unite. :) I made Fraggle Rock costumes for my family this year: “Red” for me, “Boober” for my husband, and a Doozer for my son.
I used fleece for the Doozer and for “Red”, then some terry for the pants for “Boober” and furry something or other for his top. It was messy— lots of clippings when I cut it out or trimmed seams.
Novice
I used the Simplicity 3593 costume pattern (pumpkins) for the Fraggle bodies, and a Tom Arma (McCalls, I think??) costume pattern for the Doozer body, and the wonderful Ellinor 8516 shirt pattern from here on Burda for my “Red” fraggle shirt.. just sized up to fit over the bulk of the costume.
