My friend needed an 80’s TV charactor costume for a 30th birthday party. She chose Red from Fraggle Rock! Cool! Using the pattern I made to make the tablecloth dress for her, I extended the dress to be more a-line and to accomodate the foam in the hem and neckline. Then I added sleeves with a really wide foam edged cuff, it all went really well! My friend made the ‘eyes’ and ‘hair’ headband and dyed some leggings and added a ‘tail’ to them to finish the look.
stretch crushed velvet and large foam piping.
