Description

This was a frumpy thrift shop dress I refashioned to look like a forties style shirtwaist dress. I cut off the long skirt, drafted a six gore skirt from it, added a waistband, and made the sleeves into cap sleeves. I also added some vintage red crochet trim to make it pop.

    You did a very good job! The original dress looked oldfashioned but after the alteration the dress is so stylish! Love ist!
