I got a whole mass of this fabric in a scraps bin in a fabric shop off Portobello road in London, it’s a lovely dark blue jersey. Such a versatile colour I could make anything but decided a dress would be perfect for all seasons. I started it back in April while I was at home for spring and I’ve only just finished it. It was created without a pattern, I wanted something simple and I had an idea of exactly what I wanted so I had to do it my way. It has a peter pan collar and gold buttons (with little anchors!) along the front that form the closure.
It’s great fun for running around in, it’s not too short or too long and the jersey lets me move freely.

Thanks! I love UO. A friend once told me that I must either base my personality around the store or it was created just so I could shop there.

Nope, you can see it a little in the 3rd photo but it’s a t-shirt style top and a gathered skirt at the waist. I like a little more volume in my skirts :)
