This colourful top is easy to make. I found the fabric in a thrift shop, it used to be a pillow. The embroidery makes it a little difficult to cut and sew the fabric, but it worked out alright.
It’s a simple top with two darts in front, and two in the back. The bottom part is one straight piece of fabric, ruffled, and sewed on. I attached two small ribbons on the side so I could make a bow at the back.
About the front; the pearl buttons are just decoration, i used hook and eye clasps on the inside.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
