Description

This dress is based on Vogue pattern number 8240 with some minor changes. I knotted the top’s strap as it was a little loose and I love the end result. I also decided to add some block colour as the fabric was far too busy on its own.

It’s still too cold to wear it out (I’m in England) and I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer to wear it.

Hope you enjoy it.

On my list of clothes to make myself is a maxi dress. I really like the style of this one. It’s more fitted than others I’ve seen which makes for a much nicer sillhouette!

I featured this dress on my blog :)

Thank you so much. I’m really flattered. I love maxi dresses and I’m just making another one with a cool printed fabric I found in IKEA (of all places to find fabric!).

      Thanks again. xx
