Wow, this one turned out to be way more of a pain than anticipated. It’s probably my own fault, really, since I decided to fully line the top instead of actually follow the instructions. (See picture 2.) And then the sleeves that I originally had on there made it look like the monstrous love child of Little House on the Prarie and Jane Austen. But I think it turned out ok in the end…
The pattern is Simplicity 3750.
A silky polyester print, fully lined with the satiny stuff that the sash is made out of. (I used the wrong side of the fabric on the sash so it would have a bit of sheen but not be overwhelmingly shiny.)
