I really hate buying accessories They are typically very overpriced and then end up breaking anyways. I really wanted some hairpins for pony tails to spice them so I decided to make them. I went to JoAnn’s during the founders sale and found fake flowers on the clearance table that I ended up getting for only a couple dollars and also some hairpins. I was able to use coupons for the hairpins as well as a total discount coupon and in the end saved a lot of money.
I pulled off the flowers and stuck the ends in the spokes of the hairpin. I then hotglued the flowers on. Easy peasy.
