Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is my next jacket made from baby corduroy. I just love this fabric and I am crazy about prints.
I bought this fabric two weeks ago and I liked it so much that I had to make this jacket directly.
I cut the pattern and started to sew it the same day en finished next day. It was easy to make. Original model has other pockets, but I do not like them, so I made the pockets on other way.
I put the pockets little bit higher than normal. This jacket is with lining in other color ( same as the buttons ), I did it for fun.
At first I wanted to make a mini skirt for it, but later I changed my mined and I decide to buy other colors fabric for it. I want to make one in green and another one in cherry red which I think will be good to combine with this jacket.

I like your jacket. The fabric is great. I thinking about trying the same pattern from denin, but I can’t decide. The pattern looks so simple with no decorations so I am afraid that it will not look good in denin. I think that the flower fabric is a better choice.
