San Pedro De Mon...
MMM…..I love working with lace!!!! Even do, it is very complicated, but the result allways makes me feel thankfull to God!!! This is a simple shape, marmade wedding gown, but……the bride has the most beautifull shape…..the french chantilly lace is divine, color off white with a gold thread around the desing. It was a wonderfull chalenge, since I do not make seams on a lace……just work around the flower design trying to make it look like if it was woven on the bride`s body., and this lace has a particular design in lines, then it was…..really….more difficult to work with!!! I design a flower garden all around the neck line, and also just over the knees…..all the hem was worked with the border of the lace, and she had the most wonderfull long long mantilla made in fine tulle and with the same border in lace all around. At the back, I made small loops and covered buttons. The train was small but very full. Of course this pictures were taken on her last fitting……NEWS!! I want to invite you to follow me at my blog: Rainforestcouture
