This is a pleated-neckline blouse from Simplicity 2703, a Threads Collection pattern. It was very simple and quite quick to sew. The only major problem I had was with the strap placement (and that it took me almost five months to get around to putting in the zip! Talk about laziness!) I think it’s because my shoulders are a little narrow, and I usually have to adjust the necklines of most things in a bit. Overall, the fit is quite nice and the darts shape the waistline very well. (See self-taken in-action pics—forgive the mirror shot! The action photos were taken before I put in the zip, btw.) I don’t know if I’ll sew this pattern again for me, but I would definitely make it again for someone else. It also has a very girly, frilly, gathered jacket, which I don’t like enough to make for me, but maybe someone else will!
