Hope you like my new dress! I created the pattern myself! I pinned, snipped and drew tissue on my dress form until I got the shape of bodice that I wanted. The skirt is a circle skirt made in 2 halves. I am still planning to add a ribbon below the bodice and a lace trim to the bottom. The straps sit at an angle at the back but don’t cross.
If you’d like to know any more about how I went about it, check my blog http://squintyseam.blogspot.com
I am going to work on instructions and will take a picture and measurements of my pattern pieces when I have a minute. I hope I make it again and improve it further.
Amy butler tumble roses cotton… Ps the selvage of this fabric was too narrow to make the dress I initially intended, hence why I created my own instead.
My dress has a small petticoat under it.
