Floral dress made using Burda Pattern for “Dress with Ruffled Hem and Sleeves”
I’m very happy with how this one turned out, considering how difficult the material was to work with! I used pretty purple pearlized buttons (with working buttonholes) and side invisible zipper. The lining gives the skirt some body so it doesn’t cling to my legs. Hopefully I can take some skirt-twirling pictures and post them later!
Bark crepe (this was difficult to sew, slippery and got caught a lot especially when doing the ruffle, but oh so pretty!)
Black batiste lining
