Bodice Top – BurdaStyle 04/2013 #115
I sewed this top over only 4 days. Stoked. The fabric is from the 70s, its smooth and slinky, and also frays super easy. Once again I had exactly enough of a remnant found in my vintage stash to make this top. The fit is good, its just my abdomen that is usually the culprit, as it is my problem area lol. I broke a needle going over the hook and eyes because I didn’t manually turn the needle uptake knob. It looks kind of continental, and as it is cropped, a high waist skirt or pants would match well I would think. You can posh it up, or keep it casual, whatever your mood takes. Pics were taken at my auntie’s house lol.
