Floral crewneck

Description

I had this fabric for years and always wanted to sew a simple crewneck with it.
I really don’t know why it took me so long to finally do it but here it is.
I used The Hot Cocoa Sweater as a base but it turns out that it’s way too wide and the sleeves are too narrow. I think I’ll do my own pattern for my next one (I have another similar floral fabric I want to use for).
I added a band in the bottom to make it more ‘crewneck style’.

Material Notes

Ponte di roma for the neck, the sleeves’s end and the bottom.
A floral rayon print.
