Completed my first piece of clothing ever! I’ve started on a few projects but this is the first wearable, finished one. It’s obviously inspired by the Azalea, I took out the underlayer and played up the part at the waist with some ruching /added a belt for the final look.
Just a note: this is completely sewed by hand. I have no idea how to use my mom’s sewing machine (can’t thread it right) so it took a while. Worth it? =)
jersey/knit fabric for the floral print instead of the silk...no underlayer.

Respect for the hand-sewing! This is a really nice fabric and perfect for the Azalea!
