Easy peasy Anda! I didn’t even include the elastic casing, just used a belt to cinch the waist. Since the dress was so simple, I figured that it was the perfect way to showcase a busy floral print like this one. I wanted to use a fabric with nice drape, so chose this polyester spandex knit because it worked with my budget. Only problem is, it doesn’t breath well which isn’t too pleasant on a hot day! (Next time, I’ll use an all natural fabric that breathes and is more eco-friendly.) Overall though, very happy with the fit and simplicity of the project.

I would love to be able to make it with my eyes closed :-( it is my first project, I have selected and cut the fabric, only now as front and back are different shapes, I don’t know where to start sewing them together? Do you know any tutorials or how to’s on piecing a front and back together?…
Dress looks great, so I am not giving up! :-)

I cannot say I never liked Anda, but now I love it! Goes straight into to-do list. If I find a fabric that is as interesting as your and matches my personality… This one seems to perfectly match yours!
